This is the third player from Chelsea to be sent to Strasbourg for the 2024/25 season, following the club's rules on temporary player transfers.

Goalkeeper Mike Penders and centre-back Mamadou Sarr are the other two players who will be playing for Strasbourg this season.

Kendry Paez officially became a Chelsea player in the summer after the club signed him from Ecuadorian club Independiente del Valle in June 2023, following his 18th birthday.
