Akliouche is a versatile player who can play on either flank, in the number 10 position, or even as a forward. He was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham during the summer transfer window, but the club ultimately decided to sign Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig instead.
Despite this, Tottenham is keeping a close eye on Akliouche, as well as two other Monaco players: Vanderson and Lamine Camara. These players have impressed in their time at the club and may be of interest to Tottenham in the future.
