Moulden expressed his excitement about joining the team, saying he is "buzzing" to be at Norwich City and is looking forward to working with the fans and the coaching staff.
"I want to show the manager my skills and push the other goalkeepers to see where that takes us," Moulden said.
Norwich City's sporting director, Ben Knapper, welcomed Moulden to the team, saying he is a young goalkeeper with plenty of potential for growth and development.
"We are happy to have Louie on board," Knapper said. "He will work closely with our goalkeeping coach, Tony Roberts, and we are excited to see the progress he will make.
"Moulden will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, and we look forward to working with him," Knapper added.
