Neymar is also taking a break and waiting for the Brasileirão league to resume. The league has been paused due to the Club World Cup.

Neymar's contract with Santos expires at the end of June, and he has yet to decide whether he will renew it. The club has offered him a new deal until June next year, but they hope to convince him to stay until 2026.

For now, Neymar is not in a hurry to sign a new contract and is expected to return to training at the Rei Pelé centre on June 27. While he has assured Santos that he will not negotiate with any other Brazilian team, he has not ruled out a move to Europe if the right offer comes along.
